Step One: Beginner Program

How it works: You'll learn the basics of how to reconnect with your body, how to modify for limitations, and how to switch your brain and nervous system to relaxation mode.  You'll get access to Unlimited public classes your first month.  I'll help you make a plan of action for the best results to help you move forward.  

Not going to come at least once per week?  Buy just one class, or get a 10 class card that gives you more time.  Click and create an account to register and buy online.  Or pay and register in person at the studio; arrive 10 minutes before the class you are ready to join.  


Unlimited classes your first month.  Get to know which classes are best for your body and your schedule. 


Single class; use within one week of purchase.


10 classes; use within 6 months of purchase.  

Step Two: Become a Member

You've completed the Beginner Program.  You're feeling the results and you're ready to make this yoga a part of your lifestyle.  View the class schedule often and design your perfect week with the yoga classes of your choice.  Not sure yet which Membership is right for you?  Talk to me and we'll make a plan.  Coming intermittently?  Then the 10 class card above may be right for you.

Auto-debits from your credit card monthly.  The month starts when you buy a membership.  Easy upgrade or downgrade.  Provide two week notice for changes, holds, and cancellations.
